There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

yu could probably lose 25-35 lbs in 4 months but that is about the most. you need to eat 1500 calories per day of lean meats and vegetables. and excercisie at least 1 hor of cardio per day plus warm up cool down and stretching. vary it so that you include walking, running, biking, swimming, kayaking just not the same activiities every day. also include 1 or 2 days per week of weight training with light weights and high reps. no pop, no juice, no sugar, no cafffeine and not a lot of carbs.

Exercise, eat healthy, and exercise...

I'd say you're overshooting a little by wanting to lose 50 lbs in 3 mths. You could probably lose 50 in 5 mths though, if you kept at it.

I would shoot for 10pds per month thats more realistic.. work out 5 days a week for 2 hours and eat healthy that would be a good start...
since you are heavy you will probably lose weight fast at first then plateau

I am on a weight loss venture be sure to stop by my blog and let me know how your doing.. im always posting about my progress

Be careful, if you do this by some extreme means, you are going to bring harm to yourself. The idea is to be healthy, and consume foods that agree with you. see http://www.ayurbalance.com/explore_kaphafoods.htm
