i want to buy either of those items, and before i take the time to research them and what not, and which one i want, being 16 with enough money to pay for it, i just wanted to make sure i wans't too young ot purchase on my own. thanks!

You seriously shouldn't have a problem! It never hurts to make a phone call to the prospect seller to verify this information. They would be happy to anomynousally tell you if there is an age restriction! Besides if its healthy for you why wouldn't your parents buy if age is an issue?

Although the label says you should be over 18 to use the product, you will not actually be IDed at the store or anything.

I don't think the cashier will care how old you are. The only thing is that the directions indicate if you are under 18 to consult your physician....like all over the counter meds.
