Loosing weight involved a lot of exercises, while smoking is only to get rid of the habit.

Well, these two demand a strong determination & discipline to achieve the goal, but smoking is simply to use ur mental discipline...

To gain loose weight u must use ur physical aspect to cooperate in u to achieve the excellent result, that's why it's so hard to maintain the different exercises that help to reduce weight.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. Some people feel that the best way to stop an addiction is to go "cold turkey". This means to stop it completely. With smoking, drugs and alcohol, it is possible to stop completely. With eating we must continue to eat but just less. So it is more difficult.

If you consider yourself to be ponderous, I would suggest developing a routine of cardiovascular exercises followed by muscle-stimulating workout. This includes anything in the range from ab pressure to leg tensing. Also watch the ultra excessive insertion of aliments into your body.

You don't have to smoke to survive. If you have the will, you can just put down the cigarettes, pipe, or cigar and just not touch it.

However, you can't just give up eating without ill effects. You have to eat to survive and keep an energy level to support you.

it's not...it just comes AFTERWARD usually. If you have willpower for one you'll have it for the other....you just have to "FIND" it.
