Hey, I am a 15 year old male. I have been losing weight pretty steadily now for the past few months as I used to be extremely overweight. The highest I ever got to was about 230 pounds (yeah, I know). My stats are below:

Current weight - 200 pounds
Current height - 5 feet 10.5 inches.

I can thank my height for not making me look like as bad as you might imagine. My goal someday within the next two to three months is to get down to 180 as this would be a healthy, permanent weight. What I am looking for from you guys/gals is a healthy, high-energy diet, well more like suggestions and tips, for the next few weeks to lose the most amount possible. I don't "absolutely" need to loose 10 pounds, but I would like to loose at least 6-8 pounds.

I have started biking everyday for 3 miles and I am clocking in at just under 14 and 1/2 minutes. I was planning on doubling my route and doing 6 miles. So, any tips on food and (high-energy or regular) drinks? Running out of room! agh!

Firstly congratulations on your weight loss so far. Getting into regular exercise is going to help you maintain the loss.
There is no healthy way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and high energy food is the opposite of what you need to lose weight. You need filling, healthy, low energy (low GI) food - like veggies, fruits, wholegrain cereals and breads, and lean meats or meat substitutes. These will help you to feel full longer, gives you a continuous flow of energy, and helps keep you away from snacking. And you need to lose it gradually, with a sustainable diet and healthy exercise, no more than 1 pound per week, if you want to keep it off long term.
For the munchies you can try carrot and celery sticks, plain popcorn, and rice crackers (baked not fried).
Main meals try a salad with low fat/no fat dressings and a serve of lean protein (grilled chicken). Or wholemeal pasta and a veggie sauce.
Limit amounts of fried foods (to once in a while), cheeses, full fat milk, and keep butter and oils to a minimum.
And don't forget to drink water, it helps you feel full, it hydrates you (some times we interpret feeling thirsty as hungry), and helps the body flush out all the stuff the exercise is burning off.
Do all this and what your doing with regards to exercise, and you have a good chance of reaching your goals and staying there.

Your goal is not difficult at all it just takes little commitment. The absolute best thing you can do is start to kick boxing. This is hands down the absolute best (non-drug) fat burner available. Also it's extremely fun and addictive. I went from 185 lb to 167 lb in 1 1/2 month on a semi clean diet. That was training full time twice a day 6 days a week. You can get away with only training 3-5 times a week and you will see results. Try and find a local gym that teaches kick boxing or Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing). Or you could travel to Thailand and train over there. I hope this helps.
