Hi im Jim. Im 13 years old 5 foot 7 and weigh 168 =( it sucks. I was told talking alot of vitamin B and working out alot will help me. I want to know if taking viatamin B and other vitamins will help me lose wegiht? Is it true? Does it work it?

Vitamin B- especially B12 and 6 will make your body produce more energy. If you ahve more energy you are goign to exercise more and therefore burn more calories....

when you "work out" you need to get your heart rate up to 120b/min in order to loose fat

there is no scientific evidence that any of the fat burning, weight loss, vitamins out there actually work....
take B though- it wil give you more energy....

i lost weight (15kg) very easily by making simple changed to what i eat. Aak your mom to buy reduced fat butter or margerine, low fat meats, low sugar snacks, low fat icecream and diet toppings, skim milk, avoid cerals with more thna 5% sugar and instead of having juice and sodas (which are both v. sugary- (dont drink juice- eat th efruit insetead)) and buy diet soda and no-sugar cordials.

Vitamin B will give you more energy which should help you lose weight if you don't over eat.

All your b vitimans just give you energy that is all . If you want to loose wieght you need to run work out drink alot of water and watch those junk foods at school . replace your soda with juices . it will help alot .
