sometimes just the thought that we could be so loved andd so forgiven is so overwhelming that it briings tears...

i pray that emotion never stops for me...

i have been experiencing it for many many years...

enjoy your walk with God and dont let the non-believers discourage you... instead pray that they too come to see the light one day...

It is perfectly normal. You may feel overwhelmed by your love for the Lord and His love for you, that when you think about it your emotions consume you. Just as long as your tears are out of these feelings and not grudges or hurt then you are alright. Sometimes you may also feel sorry for coming short of what God expects you to be, it is ok to cry. But remember that only pray and ask for forgiveness and He will receive you in His arms. We are blessed to have the love of God in our lives.

Its alright to cry nothing wrong with that.I think i been there too not sure accurately. All i remember was i was crying cant recall exactly why but was crying.

John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

Honey I know EXACTLY how u feel. I recently became more closer to God after the death of a relative. I turned to God for comfort and now I feel so close to him that I do get moved to tears sometimes. Don't worry ur not alone!

I was just like that when I first came to the Lord. For me, it was the love from Him that pored into me. And I felt much love for him in return. Although the intensity of those feeling died down after awhile, the love is still there. Over 35 years of sinning and repenting and the many spiritual battles I've fought against the devil, And I'm still here. The Lord has given me the strength to see things through. And he still answers my prayers. And I'm always thanking him for his patience with me. Hang in there dear friend, it's gonna be a wild (but rewarding) ride.

well thats good - i'm glad you can feel that.
that's pretty normal according to how i grew up in church.
don't ever lose that quality...it means you have a fire in you that wants to get close to God.

I don't want to be rough, and I don't think this is intended to be, but I heard a pastor say something that was absolutely profound - "There's nothing colder than ashes, when the fire has gone out." Don't let that fire go out.

Crying is pretty normal for people who are experienceing God. It means that your spirit is open to recieve the intimacy of God. What you are experiencing is called "tears of joy". It's perfectly okay.

It all depends on which God you are referring to. His Noodly Appendage would never make you cry. Hungry for some delicious spaghetti and gives you a sudden urge to become a pirate maybe, but not crying.

I think its beautiful, the tears that come for the love of God are the purest kinds of tears. Especially if you are praying and you start crying, its therupeutic (spelled it wrong) but it feels good doesnt it?

One you are a woman, (that's a good thing ladies) and two you cry out of love so ya you are normal....unless of course you have some sin in your life you are not repenting or confessing. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit if their is any sin in your life that needs reviled too you.
