hey sister,i almost same height n age as urs...dont be worry dear i have felt that in last two three years my height has incresed a lilltle longer...dont worry just drink lots of milk and use dairy products like yogurt butter cheese etc...and eat friuts and also buy the tablets of multivitamins, and calcium etc its best supplement...and do walk for half and hour before sleeping....just take care of ur self...now i am goin to tell u my personal thing that 2,3 years ago i was so dissappointed that i am not tall and i felt ashamed when i used to be in comapny of taller girls.....but when i relize that i cant help me put now...then i startes caring my self...i took care of my skin and my eyes and the style and beauty ...i think height not only matters there r other thing as well....take care of ur skin, ur diet, ur figure, ur evys and ur dress, and u will look pretty.....well to my opinion i think that very tall girls r not that much attractive now a days...less taller girls have also their own personality they look pretty an innocent and chilidish that is the thing which attratcs boys.....so if u r not able to increase ur height concentrate on ur other qualities and abilities....dont be disheart....n cheer ur life...take care

There are ways you can make your self look taller but no way to natrually make urself taller-

the only way known to make you taller is an operation where both your legs are broken and a gap is left between the two bone ends.it is left to heal, hoping that they will fuse together with new tissue, making the bones longer.

just about the worse pain in the world and onyl legal in Russia....

seriously though...where heals, jeans than come down past your ankles, V necks and long thin strips- it will all make you appear taller...

I'm only 5 ft but theres little tricks that you can do with your wardrobe to make you look taller... like try not to wear flats and wear heels/wedges instead. buy jeans with a line going down the middle so it makes your legs look longer, wear skirts that are above the knee and stand up tall!!! also it helps to always find a good tailor to hem your clothes... a better fit helps!

hi beautiful...........don't listen to this negetive attitude people...........boys groth stops at the age of 25 and girls is 22.You still have 3 years so there is no question of worring......my sister was at the same height in 20years of age but she is22 now and her height is 5.6.
1.eat healthy food[ proteins....like chicken.curd[yogurt],fruits,vegetables etc]
2.sleep at the right time .......i mean at night for atleast 8-9 hours.
3.do skipping or jump 50 rounds daily .......if not cycling or jogging is also good.
3.dont life weights till 22 years of age.
4.if you think bad you will always get bad......if you think good you will always get good.
5.don't be in a hurry.........because in one day you can't become tall...
6.do what i said regularly with out giving a break........remember me.......i promise you that you will atleast be 5.5 in 2years.

When I was about your age, I dated a girl that was your height. I thought it was sexy, and I'm not alone on this one. I remember her standing on the door jamb of her car to give me a kiss. You are well past the peak of growth. Typically women stop growing two years after they start having their periods.

Be happy the way your are. Looking for change will cost a lot of money, cause a lot of heartbreak, and will make little difference.
