it's not that people think it heals them...it is something that is said to children when they hurt themselves and cry in order to cheer them up

sana sana culito de rana si no sanas hoy sanarás mañana (my mother used to say culito not colita :P)

As everyone said it is "heal heal little frog's tail (litlle @ss) if it doesn´t heal today, it will heal tomorrow"
People use it to calm kids with any kind of pain (mainly when they fall and hurt themselves) But mum used (instead of culito o colita) the part of the body in pain for example "sana sana piecito (little foot) de rana" or "sana sana pancita (little belly) de rana"

Is "sana, sana, culito de rana, si no sana hoy sana mañana." Is a rhythm used with little kids when they got hit or a minor cut, the translation is "heals, heals, frog's little butt (with the a word), if doesn't heal today, tomorrow will heal."

"Colita" is the other way to say it to don't say "culito" "colita" means little tail.

Isn't that we think we will get heal by that, we use it to make little children to stop when they cry for a hit or something like that.

It is something you say to kids when they fall or have pain.

Sana, sana culito de rana
si no sanas hoy
sanarás mañana.

Heal, heal frog's little buttocks
if you don´t heal today
you will heal tomorrow.

In Spain they say culito (buttocks) in Latin America we say
colita (little tail).
