Well, all I know of him is what I see on youtube where they show a comedian 10 or 15 years ago telling a joke followed by Mencia stealing it in recent acts.

he's not funny. what he says is just stupid. comics can talk about race and be funny.. they're called Dave Chappelle and Richard Pryor. mencia can't.
