I think you are hot.
I also think the one with the bigger cojones should make the first move, which in that case would be the guy (hopefully!)
To be honest, I am an amateur at this, I don't even know what "move" means. But if it means to tell them you have the hots for them then the guy should make the first move. A girl once told me she tought I was cute and asked if I had a girlfriend. She came on too strong for me and freaked me out. Another girl told me I was cute also, but I never wanted to see her again, it felt awkward being around her. But, if "move" means to kiss I would say the girl should make the first move. I think a kiss from a girl is always welcomed as opposed from a guy.
Like I said, I am an amateur at this, but that's what I think. And if that had nothing to do with your question, I beg your pardon.

as a guy with now 6 ex girlfriends and desperate to on good grounds with the 5th and tryin to get my 6th back, I say the girl should, because when a guy does the 1st move its always never a good time, or its to sudden of strong. when a girl does it makes the guy feel good and more confident on making the move next time. you look hot stephanie

It all depends on the people involved i made the first move on my bf cause he is shy. But it is deifferent for everyone.
Must admit i prefer for the guy to make the first move.
