Great Personality. She has to be nice and sweet. I'm not looking for the girl who is hot, but has no clue about anything. I'm looking for a girl who is motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented. I find success-driven girls very sexy. If she has those three, then she'll have everything.

Looks (partially [physically and clothing]...it's one of the first things that draws ANYONE into any relationship, really), personality (not slutty...just someone who I can talk to easily, ability to laugh/have a good time, etc), honesty...but really, there are A LOT of things to expand upon with this question.

Dont change yourself for a guy. Stay as you are. You look pretty and to most guys thats enough. But if you find a good guy he will like you for who you are. He will like your personality no matter what you look like.
Dont rush into a relationship either. Make sure its not an asshole just looking for sex. If he compliments your boobs over your personality or face thats not a good sign.
