Oh my gosh. I saw your answer to my question so I looked for your question. Holy crap. Im 16 5'7'' and 130 too!!! I know exactly what you mean. The part of my body I dont like is my stomach. Its not fat but not flat either. Ive been going to 24 hour fitness and they have an ab machine thats kinda like doing situps. Its helped A TON. When I first started using it I felt the soreness the next day. I dont have too much advice other than that because im pretty much the exact same place, but i like what someone else on here said. When you look back on old pictures you realize how skinny you really were. I know that doesnt really help you to see it now. But keep it in mind when your feeling not-so-skinny. =] good luck

I'd say the number one thing to do is to watch what you eat. Watch your calorie intake, as well as where you're getting those calories from. Don't starve yourself, because that does much more harm than good. Just watch the fats and sugars.
The next best thing is plain and simple: exercise. I've been doing cardio kickboxing lately myself and it's easily one of the best cardio workouts I've ever had. I'd highly recommend it. The first time I did it, I lasted about 15 minutes. After a couple of months, I'm now able to go about 30 minutes. It's a great total body workout and it's really fun. There's also a self-defense aspect that's beneficial as well. There are lots of gyms these days that offer classes. Find a friend and sign-up.
5'7" and 130 lbs. is by no means even close to big, so you should be able to tone yourself up with consistency and determination. Don't expect it overnight or even next week or next month, but keep at it and the results will come. Good luck!

That sounds like a good weight for your height, but if you want to lose your tummy, do cardio(walking, jogging, ect.) for about 40 minutes 3-5 times per week, cardio burns fat. To tone your tummy you need to do crunches, and reverse crunches about 3 times per week. Also drink lots of water, and healthy foods, don't eat too many super salty foods. Salt makes even the flattest stomachs bloated and puffy. Good Luck!

you cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

you won't be able to spot decrease. you in basic terms would desire to shed extra pounds throughout to lose abdomen and thigh fat. yet once you do crunches and squats, you could tighten up the factors which you quite elect to lose fat, and build muscle so which you burn greater power and shed extra pounds swifter. additionally, consume a brilliant breakfast with fruit and finished grains. Small snack of fruit or vegetables in between breakfast and lunch. Medium sized lunch - vegetables and finished grains back, possibly some tuna besides. Have yet another small snack between lunch and dinner. try to have a smaller dinner. Drink a lot of water. a minimum of two litres. green tea is likewise fairly best for you. do no longer supply up.

At your height, your weight is fine. Often, people see themselves as heavier than they really are. When I was in high school, I thought I was fat. I am your same height, and I was your exact weight. When I look back at pictures of me in high school, I can see very clearly that I was not fat. It was all in my head. That said, you cannot tone one muscle group anyway. Spot reducing does not work, and you can read a billion articles to that fact. If you want to tone up, you'll have to start working out regularly.

probably your mum/ dad/ carer is always going on at you to eat more fruits, nope dont cut them out, eat fresh veg instead, vegetables contain small amounts of everything, exept fibre, fruit has high amounts of sugar and causes you to bloat, dont cut them out for ever just a few weeks also cut out bad carbs and only eat good carbs 2-3 times a week
