I just had a baby 6 months ago. And I want to firm up; arms, legs, thighs, buns, and tummy. In others words I want to be healthy for my husband, my son, any other children I may have and ultimately myself. Please help, can some one share with me how to get toned arms, thighs, and legs, sculpted breasts, a round firm bottom, a tight tummy and energy to burn. I want to feel good and look good. It is time Americans got more serious about their health and it's time for to stop be lazy and get active. Help me, serious answers only please. Tell me how many days a week and for how long, any info will be greatly appreciated.

Buy an excerise ball, it tighens your body up and tones it very good, yoga classes have an excerise ball too so i suggest you either buy one or take yoga classes.

yoga classes come in handy and i will start taking some classes in the summer:)

also, wal-mart has them for about 10-11 dollars only and works just as good as expensive ones:)
i just bought one yesterday

It sounds like you have great reasons to get in shape and get healthy! Congrats on your baby! I can set up a program designed just for you and your goals that you can do right at home to sculpt your body into bikini shape! I am very serious, I have been where you are right now. Just because we have had babies doesnt mean we have to look like it!

Pay no interest to that Rango guy, he thinks he's being stunning. everybody is familiar with this is an extremely very precise medical formula, desperate by complicated mathematic logarithms and organic and organic records. each and each question is administered for the time of the excellent computers at MIT in the previous they may well be judged to be the two a valid survey, ballot or chatting. i could attempt to clarify it yet your stunning little strategies might probably burst with the complexity of all of it. maximum scientists at NASA might in no way be able to realize it inspite of the undeniable fact that many have been popular to nod their head knowingly whilst puffing on their pipes in a reassuring way and say many times "I see". basically be secure and shelter interior the insurance that Yahoo is calling out to your proper pastimes and that they might in no way eliminate an answer or question with out very sound medical foundation.
