Connie you definitely need to consider performing a set of exercises one after the other with no break in between each exercise e.g 10 shoulder presses, 10 lat pull downs, 10 bench presses, 10 dumbbell curls, 10 leg curls, 10 leg extensions, 50 yards sprint.

Secondly you'd consider the following running routine:*200 yards sprint, *150 yards sprint, *100 yards sprint,*50 yards sprint, with a 2 minute break between each sprint.

Before performing the exercises described above, you would perform abdominal exercises, and you want to start by doing things like side kicks and side planks. You would then move on to the reverse crunches, stomach scissors, and balance ball crunches.

If you don't feel any of the above exercises, you may want to get on a elliptical machine and then perform the random workouts-it really works.

Try wall-sits for about a minute and do some running or speed walking, and always do ab work-outs, because your core is the most important part of your body, and always help your body out by eating good foods, and lots of fruits and vegies.

the only way to lose fat is by doing cardio (anything that makes you sweat e.g. running, jogging, elliptical also swimming) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min.
sit ups and crunches will only make your belly look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
