If you havent taken it to the vet yet, how do you know it is blind and brain dead? Take it to a vet to find out for sure, and if it is suffering, do the humane thing.

Ask a vet what the best thing to do with the kitten is. If it's suffering, then definitely put it to sleep. I hope your cousin didn't do it on purpose, or else he would face a ton of charges.

well i would suggest calling a vet for info, i would start with its conditions and how bad the injuries is.
if its blind and brain dead, than god bless that kitten.

Take it to a vet, then you have a choice either take care of it or put it down, i think you owe that poor little kitten. if i was you i would take care of it and spoil it rotton.

Take it to a vet and ask them to put it out of its misery. They might charge a small amount but not much.
