Judgment by the Supreme Court passed in any particular case is based on the evidence placed on the records & circumstances leading to the conclusion. The law formed by the Supreme Court no doubt is applicable to any similar cases, but as you may be aware the facts of any two cases are never same although they may be similar & even the circumstances of any two cases are never same although they may be similar, keeping in mind these facts & the general law formed by the Supreme Court in any other matter has to be applied in the new matter pending before the adjudicating court, to say one need not file cases with similar facts will be wrong, as far filling same case with same facts between the same parties is already not allowed as per the principle of res judicata which is well recognized in the jurisprudence. As told you former judgments will be applicable on the similar cases but as it is new matter before the adjudicating court it will have to see the evidence & circumstances of the given case & then apply the former S.C. judgment on it. Check the Supreme Court of India website for checking all the important judgments passed by it.

If a particular specific issue has been decided by the Supreme Court then it is res judicata. Otherwise, if it is just a similar case, then the precedent would be a deciding factor to be taken into account when the court considers the facts and circumstances of the instant case.

For your issue you have to file a petition through your lawyer. On the merits of your case and on your prayer for redressal judgement would be given. The past judgements may be quoted as support papers along with other documents.

I would do really well, as would anyone else who has accepted Jesus Christ's sacrifice. As the accusations are heaped on, Jesus will say, "No worries. I have him covered!" and my sins will be obliterated. The Bible tells us that we will take on the righteousness of Jesus regardless of what we've done - so long as we're covered by him. Purgatory is not necessary since Jesus' sacrifice is complete and sufficient. To believe otherwise is contrary to the Bible. It would interesting to see how people's lives might change, however, if they knew that everyone would give a report about them. It would be like having a video of your life played back for all to see. It might make some of us pause...

Each case is decided based on circumstance, evidence and how it was presented. That is where a lawyer comes in picture.
