-Mayweather 10-9 Round 3
-Mayweather 10-9 Round 4

De La Hoya took 1 and 2 but Mayweather has taken 3, 4, and 5 according to ESPN

The fight is going to end up a draw. This way they can have a rematch and overcharge all of the duped PPV buyers.
EDIT: It wasn't a draw, but it was pretty damn close. Again, because of the close fight, they're gonna have a rematch and collect their 15+ million dollars a piece.
