the standard of lower court judges in india, particularly during the interpretation of I.P.C., is keep on worsening.

poor rural indians are suffering like anything in front of politically, economically motivated law officers.

almost all the lower court judges are biased and prejudiced.

though we are having many higher law agencies in india, the law officers of lower courts are not bothering at all.

why dont we get common standard of law interpretations even from the lower courts?

If any lower court makes any order or passes any judgment not based on the evidence placed on its records or not based on the circumstances of the case, but it is purely based on the emotional grounds, or media reports or public out cries then there is High court & the Supreme Court of India to take care of the matter. Any lower court judge who is biased & prejudiced get rebuked by the High Court, just see what happened in Jessica lal’s murder case in Delhi, Pirera's car accident & death caused by it in Mumbai, issuing of arrest warrant against Richard Gere in kissing episode case in Jaipur. These are all examples of biased & prejudiced orders & judgments by the lower courts & the action taken by the various High Courts in response to their orders & judgments. So don't worry if you are having any such problem with the lower judiciary you get a chance on the higher level to get proper redressal. No doubts the lower courts have to follow all the law interpretation as given by its High Court or the Supreme Court of India but if they fail to do so their judgments are reversed at the appeal or revision stage.

My friend, laws are meant to be compicated, so that common man donot understand it easily. Imagine, if the law can be understood by every single common man, then you donot require lawyers. Second judiciary system in India is not for common man, so the laws can be interpretted to suit politicans gains.
