As Christians we are considered Saints, according to the Bible.
Doesn't mean we are perfect yet. Just that we are set apart for the purposes of Almighty God.

Ummm, before they were Saints... they were sinners also.... That's the great thing about God, we've all got a chance to get into Heaven.

Yes.
However, we are admonished to stop sinning upon becoming a saint. The only way to do that is to keep in constant touch with the Lord.

A close friend of mine says I'm an angel from heaven.
I'm just a human being with a lot of mistakes but always wanting to have God's approval.

Saint. Saint means "sanctified" or "set aside". No more, no less. Not "better" - just set-aside for a purpose.

Both. The saints are those who follow Christ. But those who follow Christ are still human and still sin.

Why would I shot for utter perfection in the eyes of Christians, or utter failure for that matter?
I am who G-d made me to be.
There is always room for improvement - but I strive to do what is right.
