Well, I'm not sure if what I think is what you're looking for...but accha is a common all-purpose word in Hindi (also in Urdu)*.
"One of the most useful words to know is accha. It is both an adjective and interjection. Its meanings include (but are not limited to!): good, excellent, healthy, well, OK, really?, awesome!, hmm..., a-ha!, etc.! If you learn no other word, remember this one."

Hope this helps. :)
*Hindi and Urdu are very similar

In Portuguese "acha" is the 3rd singular person from the verb "achar" , to find.
Ele/ ela acha - He/she find.
Acha (noun) also means a bunch of wood cut to fire - uma acha de lenha. Usually is the wood one carry at time - an armful of wood

WHY are you asking this? What is the context?!! Where did you pull these for letters out of? Letters can represent any sound...it all depends on which language!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the person saying it seemed South Asian, then they were probably saying "right/OK" in Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi.

For some reason, Arabic come to mind....I'll go do some research and get back to you later.
I'm back. I was mistaken, it's not Arabic. It appears to be a word in Hindi, see link below.
Welcome (English) = Acha a gaya (Hindi)
