Because I have morals, and therefore consider a God who drowns, sickens, and slaughters millions, repeatedly commands his followers to hurt and kill others, and has his own kid beaten and executed so to appease himself to be the epitome of evil, and completely unworthy of praise, admiration, or worship.

Why aren't you a Wiccan? Or a Hindu? Or a follower of Shinto?
Probably because (assuming you know what they're about) they make no sense to you personally, so following them would be false and foolish. It's the same with me and Christianity. I was raised Christian and became quite devout about it in high school, but eventually, as I learned more about human history and culture, it became a dry well for me personally. I know that for many people it is a vibrant and satisfying faith.... just not for me.

That is a man made term. I am a devotee or Krishna, also known as Jehovah, Allah, Vishnu, Rama, etc. I follow the ancient Essenes who are the original followers of Christ teachings. They have the original teachings of Christ (the original New testament) The Gospel of the Nazirenes For info google gospelofthenazirenes.com Christ taught karma, reincarnation, vegetarianism and no one goes to hell eternally. Those teachings I can accept but not the ones that King Constantine made up in the so called bible they preach today.

I don't say I am a Christian because I'm not and most I've met who claim to be Christians give religion in general a bad name. They are unbelievably judgmental and elevate themselves above others because of their supposed purity and beliefs which causes them to think they are closer to God. In truth, they are as human in making mistakes as anyone but less inclined to accept their frailties. They are no closer to God, or any Deity, than anyone else.

I'm not a Christian simply for the fact that I think that everyone who is are sheep and can't think for themselves. Most Christians do all the things that they preach about not doing.Such as drugs, drinking, and all that.As for there being one god for everything that just doesn't make sense to me.Assuming that god is real. What the Hell has he/she/it every done for any of us?I know all about the free will thing but don't you think that a being powerful enough to create the entire world and everything in it would be powerful enough to step in and care for the being it crated free well or no free well.Well I do.

Whatever for? Willing suspension on disbelief is a ridiculous way to go through life. Hey, wanna buy some indulgences? Got some right here. Get your dearly departed out of hell for a small fee. We're having a 2 for 1 special today.
Have a good one.

I was and after it was discovered that God had been calling pedophiles to the priesthood and never intervened while they were molesting children, I had to make a decision as to whether God was non-existent or the worst deviate going. Religion is a hoax.

Its a hateful, angry religion that teaches its followers that they should make everyone around them be a Christian, no matter what way, and because it contains more fantasy in it than a Piers Anthony novel.

I don't believe the christian god (or any god) exists. I don't believe in the central tenets of the religion. I don't like how certain christians behave, and I don't want to be associated with that.
