I don't see why he can't masturbate while only thinking of you. If you have a concern why don't you tell him to only do it when he's with you ..................but then again how will you know what he is really thinking about ? I guess the point is it doesn't matter as long as he's not cheating on you with another girl.

It depends on how long you two have been together. If only a short time, it is quite possible he only thinks about you. But, I would doubt it if he really only does think about you. They are HIS fantasies; he can picture anyone he wants. Here's a way to find out: if he told you that out of blue, I wouldn't believe him. If you asked him and that's what he told you, it's a bit harder to know.
