Islamic Law has made it a duty on the man not the woman.

It is the womans choice to do it or not. If she chooses to then she will be rewarded in the hereafter for doing the good deed.

However, the man is responsible so she can refuse and the man will have to either cook himself or hire a worker.

OR he can take his wife out to eat every day

... ok... so? What a shock, a man is supposed to take care of his family... something he should do anyway without his religion telling him to do it. So... he has to cook for his family while women are required to cover up so that most of their body is hidden by clothing.

Somehow that doesn't exactly strike me as an equal type of thing. A woman has nothing to be ashamed of by displaying her head to the world. The man, on the other hand, should be cooking dinner sometimes anyway.

Think about it.

It is true. cooking, cleaning, etc are not part of her duties but if she does so she will only be rewarded more greatly.

"The most perfect believer in faith is one who is the best of them in good conduct. The best of you is one who treats best with his wife among you."

women are not allowed to cover from head to toe. But I rather do that than cook for all those people!

I rather cook for whole armed forces three times a day for the rest of my life, than having to cover myself from head to toe for one day.

Can you quote the Quran or the Sahih Hadiths. Where does it say that? Which Islamic Sharia are you quoting from?
