It's perfectly legal. I pass no judgment on the morality of it until knowing more about the relationships of the people involved. If she's 18 and he's 60, I have a problem with it on several levels. If he's 40 and she's 35, they're consenting adults and I have no problem with it at all.

hell why not. in some states 2 men can get married. what is the difference. who cares if at family get togethers if your ex wife is always there. i thought ex meant to get away from one another, not make life more difficult.
