With a 4.6 engine I would also change the tensioners as well and the price would be somewhere around $1400.00 + any addition parts that are needed.

i own a repair shop,and parts and labor all together on this one should be around 500 bucks for everything on it,some shops labor charge will vary some,but in most cases this amount should cover it,good luck with it.
