Down hairstyle(long/medium hair) for prom?

Preferably with curls and detail. Hair is an inch or 2 past shoulders. Help please!!;)

Experiment with setting your hair on the long, foam rollers you can find in beauty supply stores. You wind your hair around them from top to bottom. When it's dry, try just unwinding it, and see what you think. The next thing to try is touselling the curls. Play with that a lot, because different ways of moving your hair will give you different looks. The last thing to try with this set is to brush through the curls. Always brush from the bottom up, never from the top down, which will tangle your hair.
The effects you will get on your hair will be ringlets (one of the old styles that is coming back big time,) lots of loose, free curls, and waves that will fall in all kinds of ways.

If the dress is very classic the you should wear you hair long half up and half down with a clip in the back holding it up. It is would look nice with curls
