Im scared for my mom but i need to know the truth?

February-March.. I heard someone scream no one heard it but me. Asked my mom and sister but they said its not them. Then voices keep whispering on me something I could not understand. I heard a crying late around the house at night and Im scared to death because of the abnormalities Im experiencing and I did not go to the source because I do not want to meet a banshee. I heard a scream again one week after the incident and a voice of woman shouting "wake up!" in the morning. Then three weeks later another scream. and it all stopped I shrugged it off because it could be result of extensive studying. Now I just found out now that my mom has leukemia. She is a 5 year breast cancer survivor and we discovered it after my mom started having weak legs and swollen mouth and bleeding nose. I hope to God that Im just schizophrenic I dont want any on my family to die. Is it all just my imagination? I heard that banshee only visits certain family but my mom is 1/4 spanish plz help.
