well apparently most of the army is made up of conservatives that are blind sheep of the Corporately owned government and media, however, for some odd reason we do not see the sons and daughters of head conservatives going to war, they "believe in the war" so why do they not go, i believe it is because the people in power do no want to fight or have any of their friends/relatives fight, so they let the poor-upper middle class do it for them, its a rich mans war and a poor mans fight

Maybe because the people that are going to war are patriotic and want to protect and serve our great nation. And people who support the troops help them also by sending care packages. You can support the war in many other ways than just go to war. And apparently, one of the Bush daughters has developed sense and to follow drinking laws.

As a liberal democrat with family in the military who have served in recent conflict who also has ties to money I'd say get over it. Your comments are as slanderous and out of line as any on the 'conservative' line. I say go and support the draft then. That's the best way to ensure correct diversity among enlisted.

Well, I'm an old timer so I really can't be concerned about why the Bush girls aren't serving in Iraq; BUT, I sure as h@@@ wish he had a couple of sons Americans could point their fingers at!
Of course, if the latter were the case, he'd be sure to teach them how to avoid the service in Iraq (as he did during the Vietnam fiasco) buy simply going AWOL from the reserves.

Because they are American Ladies, and they don't have to, none of them have to. That is what makes US so great. I will help the President kick al-Qaida- Butt. If you think those people are inocent think again, I bet you have been paying more for gas lately, we can bicker more after we are finished kicking butt, I am tired of the small stuff, we always had the Greatest Ladies (Agreeded) and we should keep it that way right on American Girls.

We have an all volunteer military. Like you, they decided not to volunteer. On the other hand, I volunteered for 22 years.
