She should be fine for a awhile since the rabies shot sometimes is even good for more than a year. I know here where I live I have to get it for my dogs every 3yrs it's good for. Dog's can get rabies if a a wild animal like raccoon's have rabies and they get in a fight and get bit.for and example or any other animal that has rabies. Transmitted throught a bite or scratch from an infected animal bascially. So you shouldn't have to worry unless you plan on going on a hike through the woods any time soon.

Rabies is transmitted through bodily fluids, most notably saliva. Dogs can get rabies most often by getting into a fight with a rabid animal and getting a bite.
The most common signs of rabies in dogs are aggressive behavior, hydrophobia (a severe aversion to water) and frothing at the mouth (due to an inability to swallow).
Rabies is easily prevented through vaccines and by carefully monitoring your dogs when you are outside, especially in wooded areas.
You only have to have your dog vaccinated once. However, if your dog has not been vaccinated and has been bitten by an animal, he should receive treatment immediately even if they are not showing symptoms. This will include the vaccine and may include quarantine for up to 6 months as the symptoms may take that long to manifest. if your dog hasn't been around many other dogs that is fine but just be sure that he doesn't contain these symptoms.
RABIES IS FATAL. IF YOUR DOG HAS SUFFERED A BITE IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TREAT HIM TODAY.

maximum vets have all the information on the computing gadget and there is not any excuse for them no longer understanding this canines had already been vaccinated. Rabies vaccine is killed virus so getting vaccinated ought to no longer supply your canines rabies. the only difficulty could be reaction to the vaccinations. examine with the vet to make helpful the canines have been given the three 3 hundred and sixty 5 days rabies. do no longer merely anticipate that's what they used. The regulation states that if the canines gets the single 3 hundred and sixty 5 days rabies, it is going to choose yet another previously the 300 and sixty 5 days is out and in case you don't get yet another, then the subsequent rabies will additionally must be a 300 and sixty 5 days vaccination. stupid because it variety of feels, it relatively is the regulation in the U. S. they might merely use the three 3 hundred and sixty 5 days rabies if given previously the single 3 hundred and sixty 5 days rabies runs out.

Rabies is generally transmitted by being bitten by a rabid animal (through saliva). Dogs who have had a number of shots actually build up a bit of immunity.
Since she has had at least one vaccine in the past, she should be OK; just keep her indoors as much as possible for the next week, until you get her in. Away from skunks, raccoons, etc

Yes you can wait. Most rabies last more than a year, so you should definitely be fine. You'll know if you can in contact of a rabid dog, the foaming at the mouth and agressiveness should give it away.
Be more worried about racoons and things like that!
You'll be fine! No worries!
