The last thing you need is a pill to supress your appetite. You have cut your food in half, but do you even know how much food you should be taking in? You must go to one of the many websites available and have it calculate your daily caloric intake. Then subtract 300 from that. Exercise and a healthy diet is all you need to boost metabolism.

Metabolism can be divided into: Anabolism and Catabolism. Anabolism includes all the processes by which new more complex compounds are assembled in the cell. Catabolism does the opposite. Degrading compounds from their more complex structure, to the simplest molecules, i.e. catabolism, is also a way for the cell to obtain energy. This process is also known as oxidation. In oxidation chemical substances lose electrons, thus releasing energy. This happens when iron gets rusty, but the energy is lost in the reaction of forming the rust itself. In the cell, however, the energy is used to form ATP. ATP is a substance that is used everywhere in the cell, where energy is needed: chemical reactions, structure synthesis, movement, etc. As the name indicates, oxidation needs oxygen, or at least a chemical substance that will take the electrons. When oxygen is available, a complete oxidation occurs. That means the substance used as source of energy (most likely glucose) is completely broken down and stripped of all the energy the cell can take from it. When oxygen is not available, the oxidation is incomplete. The replacements for oxygen the cell can provide are not as efficient as oxygen itself, and for that reason, some of the energy is not obtained by the cell. Aerobic metabolism takes place of course in the presence of oxygen, i.e. oxidation is complete. Anaerobic metabolism, takes place in the absence or lack of oxygen, i.e. oxidation is incomplete. Because of this, anaerobic metabolism is less efficient than aerobic metabolism.

Pills are totally bogus, you have accomplished such a great goal- if you take diet pills or anything of the like and you go off them during sometime in your life, youre going to gain all your weight back and some more, so don't do that to yourself. eat small meals every few hours and make sure you are getting 10-60 minutes of exercise a day and you'll be fine.

I don't know of any pills but I have heard that changing up your work out routine, getting a good sleep, and eating a good breakfast can give you a boost.

dont waste your money on diet pills - if they worked dont you think there would be no obese people???
you need to change your routine because body gets used to exercises really fast and learns to save energy. add something like - jogging, swimming, walking around, cycling anything to add some extra cardio activities.
