Agree with the truth? Of course.
Some were Christians. The problem is that any reference to God or a creator is assumed by Christians to mean the God they believe in.

Jefferson was a deist. I don't know about the others. I imagine it would be just like today: there would be quite a variety. There may well have been Christians among them. Franklin had a lot of respect for some of the most outstanding, dedicated Christians (Whitefield, Jonathan Edwards, etc.), but doesn't seem to have been a believer himself. The difference today is not how many Christians or non-Christians there are, but the lack of respect among many, and the lack of freedom to express one's belief. If a politician goes to church he is putting on a show. If he refers to god, because that is part of his language, philosophy, lifestyle, etc. then he is pushing religion down our throats. Reverse freedom of religion.

For the most part yes. Franklin and Jefferson were Deists, Washington an Episcopalian but he never took communion so his faith only went so far. Also, Franklin and Washington were Freemasons as were many of the founders of this country.

If you believe FACTS and actually READ the things that they wrote you would have to agree.
And for anyone who would suggest otherwise and contend that this country was founded on christianity should google "The Treaty of Tripoli"

I am not sure what you are aiming at with this one but I believe the founding fathers were in large part Christians as they have many things recorded as being said by different ones of them that refer to a belief in God and Jesus.
