My input is for you to go to a Dr. specifically and Orthopaedic one. But other than that all I can say is it sounds like the lightheadedness is from lack of sleep possibly from your back being uncomfortable and you not realizing it (not sleeping well). Maybe a pinched nerve or even a issue with your disks. Any old injury's coming back to haunt you?
But there is so many possibilities it could be not to mention numerous symptoms(like 2 seperate things at the same time?). Just be safe and see a Dr. Good Luck!

unless you have had unusual and extra exercise, whether at a job, in the yard, cleaning the house etc,,,,, then it sounds like a serious symptom,,,,,,,, as your muscles shouldnt suddenly be hurting,,,,, especially with the light headedness,,,,,,,,, i suggest going to the emergency room, they can check you, to see if some type infection is causing this, if not, then see a dr on Monday,,,,,,,, symptoms you cant think of a reason for, are always something to check out,,,,,,, its always best to err on the side of caution

Maybe you are getting the flu. First symptoms are often muscle aches.

If this is serious and not related to anything...

See a doctor.
