Ok, first, you must remain calm/assertive at all times. You are now the pup's mom, and she needs to know this. The first thing you need to do is take her for a walk at least 20+ minutes everyday. She has a lot of energy, and she needs to use it up. Running around in the yard and playing does not take the place of her daily walks. This will also give you both a chance to bond closer with one another. Also, I advise all to take your pup's to a puppy class. Obedience 101. This gives them a chance to socialize, and you a chance to ask questions and teach your pup to grow up to be a Cainine Good Citizen.

If you knew what you are doing you woudn't be here. You DON'T know what you are doing. Did you get a puppy without doing any research on how to raise a dog?
You need to get online and start reading... you are not going to get any answers that are complete here....
Most parents are just like you.. and their kids just keep running around barking and getting in trouble.

Get a crate for her. It is basically a cage you keep her in until she is trained.
She will bark at first but she will eventually learn that is her place.
She will not go to the bathroom in there because dogs do not like to go to the bathroom where they live.
Feed her in the morning and not at night, that way she will go to the bathroom right away outside.
Give lots of praise!

What are you doing currently to train her?? Anything?? Doesn't sound like it.. She doesn't take you serious.. Take some classes.. Some people can train dogs on their own, some people need direction and should take classes. You don't sound like you have done much of anything.. You should take some classes.

take her to puppy training school?
she is just a puppy though
play with her every day and walk her every day
dogs bark because that is just a way they express themselves..
she could just misbehave also because she is bored?

Your little puppy needs to know that you are the leader of the pack. In the wild mother wolves train their young right away who's the alpha dog. Here are some great articles to help you communicate to your puppy that you are the top dog in your household.

Have lot's of fun with your new puppy! But remember there can be many pack leaders in your home, but the puppy can not be one of them!
