On only your stomach,or all over?.I have a flat stomach,but i am trying to tone my abs more,but i dont want to lose anymore weight anywhere else.So if i continue doing sit ups will that help me tone,or lose weight?.What should i do?

sit ups build muscle if thats what you want
crunches makes muscle strong and lean
any one of those 3 sets of 20reps 3 times a week

If you really wanna lose you need atleast 20 minutes of cardio-running atleast 3 times a week but if you just want to tone work with some weights. Or both

Sit ups and crunches are tedius, but you will lose weight. You could try the Ab Lounge.

sometimes it depends on how much weight you have. Get a book from Barnes and Noble and get a book called'' How to loss weight'' By: Dr. Ian from Fit club on vhl. Good Luck!!!!!!!

situps will have no effect on weight loss. you would have to perform thousands of them to burn several hundred calories
