Sounds like worms. Take her to the vet. They'll give her some medicine and she'll be fine. Or you can wait until she starts pooping the worms out on your floor...then you'll know for sure! (obviously I'm kidding - that's how I found out my cat had a tapeworm, and trust me, it's disgusting, you don't want to wait!....call your vet)
"Parasitic worms are as common as fleas to dogs and, especially, to puppies. From the half-inch- long hookworms to the flat, segmented tapeworms that can reach three feet in length, But in most cases, worm detection is easy and treatment is effective.
However, ignoring possible symptoms and necessary treatments can lead to serious illnesses and sometimes even the death of your dog, as well as the possible transmission of a worm infection to both you or your children. "

Its not uncommon for puppies to eat till thier little belly's are huge. They look like little pigs! lol
as long as she is playfull and still drinking fluids and behaving "normal", I wouldnt worry.
If she becomes lethargic and refuses food/water then t ake her to a vet ASAP!

It could be bloat from eating too fast...they can die very quickly of this. Get her to a vet right now.

she might have a bad case of worms. Please take her to a vet ASAP. I doubt it is bloat if she is eating and pooping, but she needs to be looked at. I love my dogs so mucg, and I feel for you. Good luck.

Call your vet. If they are not available, check in your area for an emergency facility. If your pup does bloat, this could kill her. Don't wait.
