find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do aerobics, find something you enjoy doing, such as dancing, playing a sport, or find a buddy to jog with you regularly. If you enjoy your exercise you'll be more likely to do it. And once you get in the routine, if you stop doing it regularly or miss a day, You'll most likely find that you miss it. For your legs, use light weights if you want to lose weight (if you wanted to gain muscle a heavier weight would be best) Find a weight where you can only do about 20-25 reps, and do four sets, resting enough between each set so you can get the complete 20-25 reps in each set.

Also, you need to diet. You don't have to cut out your favorite things though, just cut about 500 calories a day. Usually you should have 2000 calories per day. To lose weight cut that to 1500. As long as you aren't eating burgers and fries, and other junk foods you shouldn't have to watch what you eat to much, just watch your calories and that'll make a big difference. HOpe this helps! Goodluck!

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

ok we need to talk!

first -if you diet and exercise the first place you will lose weight is your chest- not your legs and stomach. So you have to be carefull with this.

walking will take fat off your legs and crunches will take it off your stomach

In amazing grace that saved a wretch like me, John 3 repented of sin-even one lie, or seeking another b/f g/f for the happiness only Jesus can fulfill first, and got born again, with Jesus as my best friend, amen

prayin all goes good for you, David
