i'd go to the store and get something but, if you can't, dim the lights or even turn them off all together, try a cool compress and some soft music. try to relieve tension in your shoulders and neck and relax all your muscles and get off the computer. straining your eyes will make it worse. i hope this helps.

Try masssaging your head. A dr. once told my friend to turn the shower on (his head) hot, then cold, then hot,etc. - it stops blood vessels in the head from constricting.

take a cool shower then put it on ice cold and put your head under there for a few times .
