Question for the persecuted people: So, you like to be angry? It's fun, come on, admit it!?

When I ask a stupid question (I won't even bother with an example here) I get at least 30 to 40 angry answers. I don't like asking such things, but it seems that you enjoy it.

Because, when I ask a genuine question like "If Jesus was sure He'd end up in Heaven, what is the big sacrifice?", almost nobody can produce a normal answer. Three, maybe four people answer, and even with something that completely doesn't help.

So, the real question here is: why complain about being bashed, feeling persecuted, being mocked, etc, when all you do is answer to that nonsense, and most serious questions remain unanswered?

I admit, I do it too, but at least i never whine about being persecuted.

Why are you always pointing the finger at ME? Why must I be the one to take the brunt of this, to carry the burdens of the world on my shoulders? Why hast thou forsaken me AGAIN, Markyyy, when all I want to do is save you?

*Holds head in hands* I don't know how much longer I can take this. *Breaks down* Good God, why? Was His touch and His Blood and His lamb not enough for you? Did He not come inside you hard enough? That would depend on the individual. Most true followers know that persecution is just one of the things that we would endure in this system of things as we voluntarily took of the torture stake to be "footstep followers" of the Christ. Matthew 27:40. Not once did Jesus promise smooth sailing in preaching and teaching about God's Kingdom, which was his primary message to mankind. Remember at John 15:20, where Jesus said "if they persecuted me, they will persecute you also" Read also Matthew 23:34 and Romans 12:14 At Acts 5:41, we read the account where the apostles were beaten for speaking about Jesus and his teachings...but they responded by saying that they counted themselves worthy to be dishonored in behalf of his name. We should feel the same way, that does not make us weak, for we are strong in purpose and that is the doing of God's will. Seasoned Christians know that ugly comments, doors being slammed in our faces is not a personal affront....we know that these people are closing doors and disrepecting the MOST HIGH, JEHOVAH GOD and His son Jesus Christ...therefore, even if we felt anger [and we shouldn't} we would NEVER return in like manner. Is it when you post the same dumb questions 256 times, knowing you're going to get the same tired anwers?
Who is being persecuted?
The people who keep giving the same tired answers over and over again....or the poor guy who can't seem to stop asking over and over again?

I will answer your one "serious" question, though, because I can.....
If Jesus knew He'd be in Heaven, what was the sacrifice?
Jesus never had to become a man in the first place....just leaving Heaven to start with was a sacrifice, don't you think?
To become a man? And that in the middle of the desert, at a time when there was no air conditioning, no regrigeration, no motorized transportation....no not even one single McDonald's in sight! Who would want to leave Heaven for that?
And then...to go through all that torture? And to be put to death in such a horrible way?
I know I'm going to heaven, when I die, too....but I would not want to hang on a cross for anyone else's misdeeds for six horrendous hours first....no, not even for you, Markyyy, my good friend.
If God didn't care about you or me, or anyone else, all He would have had to do would be to just stay at home in His mansion. He never had to come here at all, let alone to come here and die.
And you ask, "where is the sacrifice"??

Granted, I feel there are some questions that are on here that people post just to be fun..... or they ask very uninformed questions. However when you ask a very serious theological question that questions anyones religion or beliefs they take offense just because they want to follow everything with blind faith..... which is something i can't do but its good as it gives them hope and something to live for i guess. However there are some of us that like to be angry it makes us feel alive

Believe me, stupid questions have a big audience (And sexual ones as well). Why do you think we have many sitcoms? People like seeing other people acting stupid. I asked a whole lot of genuine and stupid questions, and in both cases I rarely get any logical or convincing responses. Keep asking anyway, I mean what the heck, we're all having fun in here.

I'm persecuted, but I don't whine about it...much. At least not when I'm sober. And hardly ever when I'm drunk. Christians tell me I'm Damned cause I'm not in their cult. Even Bush said the only True American is a Christian. You don't see me getting all bent out of shape, loose my sense of humor, and repeat ancient mythology to unrelated questions all day. I just set the record straight and tell them like it is. Self-glorification leads to self-pity. I think we can see that in some folk's responses.
