Look in your area for a company called certifit. I use them all the time and their bumpers come plain and you have to get them painted but one for a 97 Taurus is 80 bucks.
A salvage yard can find one for you

Car-part.com for used parts or check with a local salvage yard--see if you can get one in the same color as yours to avoid repainting. Good luck, Paul
