On the one hand I hate hearing about them, but on the other hand, she tells me all the things that she did not like about them which is great because I can steer clear of those things.

You asked should you let her as if it was up to you? If she's going to talk about them she's going to talk about them rude as that may be you don't own her . If you don't like it then tell her so but tell her why too many people just give out orders "I don't want to talk about it " or I don't know why just because?" these kind of "reasons just mean that that person doesn't mean very much to you or at least enough to you to give them a reason. what I'm trying to say is if you want to know her than ask her what she likes and dislikes without bring up the old boyfriends. especially if it bothers you to hear about them . Most people don't want to hear about the ex's and a lot of people feel their pass lovers are just that their past and non of your business.(unless they need to share STD info) So my friend learning about your girlfriend all part of the thing called Love and Romance.You learn from your mistakes and not theirs, BTW if you are the jealous type you need to work on that that's the quickest way to ruin and good relationship. good luck and best wishes.

Well if you don't want to hear about them tell her that is none of your buisness and you would like to keep thoses things in the past. You should just ask about the things that bother her so you don't have to listen!

it is common for a female to talk about her ex not because she still loves him or that she will leave you for him . it still hurts when you are a good woman and the man u was with treated you wrong it still hurts.or she could just be giving you clues about what to do and what not to do but just dont let her talk about how they sex life was because that makes some guys feel a lil insecure.

I think its extremely rude to talk about past conquests with someone you hope to start something new with. As far as I'm concerned, if she wants to relive those times, leave her to relive them. Move onward to a fresh, new future.

yes of course you should and tell her about yours, you´ll get to know each other better...just avoid comparisions of any kind...every person is unique and so is every relationship...if you are still not very secure of the relationship postpone the conversation...
