the first choice would be spring break because what it is infamous for but if you really think about it spring break is only a week and a study abroad program lasts for a couple of weeks if not longer. more importantly it depends on the people in the relationship and how "devoted" to each other they. if both are loyal then both should be fine!

Paris FTWS! went there in a school trip and the University City has some Very, very atractive girls. So i think thats way worst than Spring break.
