I've taken the trouble to look up what you are referring to, it's a now resolved question about why coppers are called coppers.
You thought it clever to tell every one you call them PIGs.
Actually I always used to retort that it was very kind of you, and people like you, to acknowledge that it stands for:
Pride - in doing a good job
Integrity - something you'd need to have explained to you
Guts - the ability to do a difficult job most others can't face

if knew what truth is or was would be able to answer better ..... could you expand your Question then maybe able to answer better ...and think if this is about police not licking the truth then who does when faced with it if you think unfair ... but not known the true facts just my opinion or guess

Going by the fact that those who are anti-police received 5 thumbs downS , it is obvoius the at least 5 vofficers are collecting their wageS by playing with YAHOO ANSWERS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE OUT WORKING.
SADLY THE POLICE DO LIE. EVEN MORE SADLY, A SUBSTANTIAL NUMBER OF GUILTY BAD GUYS GET OFF BECAUSE THE POLICE ARE FOUND TO BE LYING BY THE COURTS.
