What is the best army in the world?

whats the best army? i think the north americans, which is America and Canada. thats what i think, what do you guys think?

A small army in the United States, called "The salvation army", they try to do nothing but good for the public and don't run around the world trying to impose their will and ideas on others, and they are not in the business of destroying cities and killing people. Best army around.

The British has the best army in the world on training and man for man because the British army has killed the most insurgents in Iraqi man for man. The British army spend 3 more months training. But the best technology goes to America.

obviously, the United States has the most technologically advanced army, and it is definitely one of the best, but I think that the best of any army or armed force would be the Israelis; they employ our weapons with tactics that they've refined in the Arab wars, and they've even developed stuff that our military bought from them. i don't know about their Navy or Marines (or if they even have any lol), but their Army deployed ERA (Explosive Reactive Armor) on vehicles first, and their Air Force has better tactics and maitenance abilities than our own.

and Canada, if it has an army at all (again, I don't know off the top of my head), it would be pretty mediocre. the most expensive toys the Canadians employ are CF-18 Hornets and a few frigates. hope this helped.

oh, and I know the question will pop up, who would win in a war between us and the Israelis if they are better. well, the US would win eventually, just because we have a much larger force, with a lot more toys than the Israelis, and many of those weapons are almost as, if not just as, advanced as Israel. remember, they almost died defeating thne combined might of Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Syria, and would have except for rapid American weapons loans. we could easily field a force bigger and better than the Arab alliances, except, of course, for the Iraq War.

We have the best trained and spend more on our military than anyone else in the world. The Israelis are pretty sharp too, but again, spending and technology gives them a big edge over their neighbors even if they weren't well trained.

Incidentally, the rest of the world is aware of how powerful and advanced our military is which is why it is all the more sad that we are sold over and over again that some country the size of a Walmart parking lot is a threat to us.

The U.S. Army is by far the best and most advanced. I am tired of how the media only tells people about the troops that dies in Iraq/Afghanistan but they don't say how successful we are being there, they are protecting the People of the U.S. If they cut and ran right now, the U.S. would be in danger of attack, and also, they are saving the lives of people in Iraq and Afghanistan who are innocent, so don't believe what the media says, if they own the information, they can bend it all they want!

While rge US army has size and technology on its side, it is widely recognised as one of the worst in the world.

There were examples in Viet Nam os US soldiers on patrol listening to the radio, smoking, and wearing aftershave All of which alerted the enemy to their presence and facilitated ambushes which resulted in a lot of unnecessary deaths.

Not a lot seems to have improved since then
