no, vicoden will not elevate your blood pressure. It's a pretty safe drug when not abused. You can also call your pharmacist anytime you have questions on medication. They will always assist you.

I would say no.. I have high blood pressure(take meds) and take vicodin for a shoulder injury. I'm very sensitive to meds...but have not had any problems with the vicodin.
