The vet has each and every reason to lie, becasue a c-area is going to get her or him a huge chunck of chilly demanding funds. it should be properly worth a 2d opinion. i don't understand the legalities of the vetenarian international, yet when it became an x-ray of your self, you're entitled on your clinical records, such as x-rays NO exceptions. even with the actual shown truth that there will be a charge. Get a 2d opinion.

Not enough info..exactly what does it show? What does your vet say? What does your vet suggest for treatment?
There are several things it could be..some very serious some not.

Sounds like hip dysplasia{?}
Your breeder should give u a reduced price for your pup. And luv him even more!!

that sounds bad have a word with the breeder see if they will give you a discount towards vet bills
