the heels of my feet get sore out of nowhere. i don't do sports or run or anything and im only 105 lbs so it cant be because there is too much weight on them, what can be the problem?

Plantar Fasciitis ( heel spurs)..which yes is more common in overweight or those that run...but just because it's more common in those types doesn't mean it can't affect you.. Heel spurs and heel pain typically occur in people with flat feet..different types of arthritis or poor fitting shoes can contribute to sore heels. In my case it was the shoes. Good luck .

the other answer was very good. I suggest you see a Podiatrist (foot specialist) as soon as possible and have a foot examination. This will positively answer what is going on with your heel.
