It's not like I've been eating all that much, lately. I've started a healthier diet, and I've become extremely active. I'm losing a lot of weight, too. Could these be flushing out my system and causing me to take repeated, catastrophic bowel-movements?

That is a good thing! That is the way your system is supposed to work. It also means you are being cleaned out! Sadly, the usual diet of most Americans is so poor, that what you have just experienced is no longer recognized as the norm, but this is exactly what a healthy system does! *sm*

you are getting rid of extra that with being more active you have made to come out=good luck on the diet

Probably.
Be sure and keep yourself hydrated with water. If you feel weaker, you might go to the doctor and make sure your new diet really is healthy.

you may have had a lot of crap in you and it all came out after your diet
