There are three references to Moses being alive in the New Testament but no account of Moses rising from the dead as Jesus did. If you look at the account of the Transfiguration of Jesus there is mention of Jesus talking with Moses and Elijah. These can be found in Matthew chapter 17, verse 30, Mark chapter 9, verse 4, and Luke chapter 9, verse 30.

I realize that this may not answer your question but I really do not think there is any account of Moses actually rising from the dead anywhere in the New Testament, or the Old Testament either.
