i know that if you dont eat breakfast it slows your motabolism, bt i don rele want to eat that early, so if i just drink a glass of orange juice, will that be the same as having breakfast or is it not as good as eating??

ok so if i eat a piece of fruit like an apple, will that count as breakfast and not slow down my motabolism?????

Orange Juice is good start however, a fruit and protein smoothie would be a much better choice. Place a few pieces of fruit such as strawberries and a banananin a blender with a small amount of juice. Make sure to add a little soy protein powder and ice too.

You need to eat breakfast... period.
If you're in a rush, grab some yougart, a piece of fruit and whole grain toast.
Just juice isnt going to do a thing for you. You really might as well not bother then.
Eating breakfast not only helps your metabolism, but your energy as well.
