Wow...what the hell is her problem? That is so mean. Does it make her feel good to put you down? Is she trying to tell you, indirectly, that she is upset with you about something? I mean, even if she is just kidding around, which you don't state, it's still not cool to joke around at your expense. Find out what the real issue is...talk with her.

This is something that needs to be addressed right away. If you bury these feelings then it is definitely going to come up in your future and cause problems in your relationship and your marriage. The fact that he has to send his ex naked pictures of himself goes beyond being insecure. If he was that insecure why wouldn't he just be posting his pictures everywhere and asking girls for there opinion? Or, how do you know he is not doing this already? What is going to make him feel less insecure about this. I would question why he would need someone else's opinion when you are obviously satisfied with him and the way that he looks. On the other hand i know that I am extremely insecure about the way that I look even though I am told everyday that I am beautiful. Sometimes we just want to hear that we are wanted and desired...but I would never go as far as sending my ex naked pictures of myself. The bottom line is that you shouldn't just bury it or excuse it. If you want this relationship to work then you are going to have to have an open discussion about this...and I would suggest having a mediator or counselor there to intervene and offer opinions for the two of you. If you love him there are ways to work this out...but don't ignore it.

Speaking of disrespectful women....That's ridiculous!! I can't imagine anyone having that little respect for others to go around spreading something like that, true or not. I'd leave her to be honest. She obviously doesn't care about you, otherwise she wouldn't be talking negative about you. Have you tried to talk to her about this? Let her know how it makes you feel and to stop? I say a conversation is needed. Asap.

well maybe you have a small penis , i am not saying you do , but even if that is true she should not be telling people that maybe you should tell her it bothers you , i mean you could always get one of those extenders to make it better or at least appear bigger , you can get them at any sex shop, anyway have fun , maybe you should tell her that it's not that your penis is small maybe her personal area is just to loose see how she likes that , well good luck

thats really mean of her. why does she feel the need to discuss your personal life with the world and its sister?? ...tell her how you feel and that you dont like the way shes discussing this with anybody.....its unfair and not right.
